Believe it or not, there are only a few short weeks of summer left. But never fret, because Norwegian Cruise Line is actually extending summer a bit, at least as far as their latest promo offers are concerned. And if you happen to be booking a holiday sailing, the news gets even better thanks to a special bonus.
Endless Summer Promo
Okay, sure, it’s not technically endless… but summer will be extended until September 18, which is the last date to take advantage of Norwegian’s current Free At Sea promos.
Regular NCL customers know the drill, but for the uninitiated, anyone booking a three-day or longer sailing in an oceanview, balcony or mini-suite stateroom gets to choose two of the five perks up for grabs. Those perks are the drink package (meaning an essentially open bar), a Specialty Dining package, free prepaid gratuities, a 250-minute WiFi package or the Friends & Family Sail Free offer, which allows a third and fourth guest to sail free on select dates. Those booking an inside (or a studio, on ships which offer the rooms for solo travelers) can choose one of the perks, while those in a suite or The Haven get all five perks.
The package is slightly different (and offered only through August 31) for folks sailing aboard NCL’s Pride of America. Given that this ship already is all-inclusive when it comes to alcohol, they offer one free night’s stay in a hotel before your sailing as well as a few other slightly different perks.
Holiday Fun Money
Those thinking about sailing over the holidays can also get a little something extra, as NCL is offering $100 in onboard credit for those booking new Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s reservations. Suddenly, not cooking Thanksgiving dinner at home and instead jumping on a cruise — and using the bonus money to dine in a specialty restaurant — sounds pretty darn good!
