Princess Cruises announced a partnership Wednesday with restaurateur and television celebrity chef Curtis Stone. The collaboration will offer new and exciting dishes designed by Stone.
Three New Options
- “Crafted by Curtis” complimentary menu items available in the main dining room across the fleet
- A new specialty restaurant concept and menu designed by Chef Stone
- A special Chef’s Table by Curtis Stone experience

“Crafted by Curtis” items offered in the main dining room will debut aboard the Golden Princess in the fall and roll out fleet-wide by the end of the year.
Chef Stone’s first restaurant at sea will debut December aboard Emerald Princess and Ruby Princess. The rollout will continue on Coral Princess and Sun Princess, bringing Stone’s restaurant to his native Australia.
Stone’s Chef’s Table experience will debut fleet-wide in early 2016.
