Royal Caribbean to Sail From Cyprus

Another Royal Caribbean ship will be sailing roundtrip from a new homeport this summer.

Beginning July 10, Jewel of the Seas will sail seven-night cruises to Greece from Limassol, Cyprus. 

Crew and adult passengers will be required to be vaccinated. The voyages will open for booking on April 7.

Celebrity Apex to Sail Maiden Season From Greece

New ship Celebrity Apex will spend her inaugural season sailing from the place where Celebrity Cruises began — Greece.

Beginning June 19, the ship will sail two different seven-night itineraries from Athens. One will visit the Greek Islands and Cyprus, and the other the Greek Islands and Israel.

Like Royal Caribbean, these voyages will be fully-vaccinated, with the exception of kids who will require a negative PCR test to sail. 

Bookings open on March 30.

Costa Cruises Aims For May Restart

Costa Cruises has revised its plans to resume cruising, and its ship Costa Smeralda’s first departure of the year is now scheduled for May 1 from Italy. 

Costa Luminosa’s return to service has been postponed to May 16 from Trieste, Italy. It will operate seven-night cruises to Greece and Croatia.

As previously announced, all other Costa sailings that were scheduled through the end of May are canceled.
