For guests ages 3-17, the ship will now offer a reimagined youth center created in partnership with Discovery Communications as part of the line’s Discovery at Sea program.  There will be three themes for three age groups, where kids and teens can make new friends and participate in fun activities.

  • The Treehouse – ages 3-7 – A bright, whimsical forest and animal-themed center includes hands-on activities for kids to play, get creative, and explore the world around them.
  • The Lodge – ages 8-12 – Inspired by the great outdoors, this cozy space is filled with sports activities and fun places for kids to explore and hang out.
  • The Beach House – ages 13-17 – This teen space is a contemporary surf-themed lounge, featuring a fun place for teens to hang out and socialize.

New youth and teen center programming includes MythBusters science activities with hands-on challenges, and new programs focused on Europe and the Caribbean to immerse kids into the culture, nature, and customs of the regions they’re visiting.

Other enhancements to the ship during dry dock include a new HD Movies Under the Stars outdoor movie screen with double the image quality of the previous system, the new Princess Luxury Beds in every stateroom, and 87 interconnecting staterooms offering more room and comfort for large families.

Club Class Suites

In addition, Caribbean Princess now includes a new stateroom category; Club Class Mini-Suites.  They feature exclusive Club Class dining with an expanded menu, priority embarkation and disembarkation, and other VIP amenities.

More information on enhancements will be announced shortly.

Caribbean Princess will spend the summer in Europe before repositioning to the  Caribbean for the winter.
