Celebrity Cruises has given more insight on future sailings of Celebrity Infinity, which had its summer schedule in the Mediterranean canceled last week.
When Celebrity announced the Mediterranean cancellations, it revealed that the ship would be redeployed to the Caribbean. At the time, no dates or itineraries were given for the vessel.
Now, we know more about its Caribbean cruising schedule. The ship will return on June 25, 2022, from Port Everglades, sailing seven-night eastern and western Caribbean voyages. All itineraries will feature calls to Bimini or Nassau, Bahamas and Key West, Florida.

“We’re so excited to launch Celebrity Infinity back into service and in the Caribbean, where the culture and vibe is extremely unique and as popular as ever,” said Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, president and CEO of Celebrity Cruises. “She will join sister ship Celebrity Equinox, marking the first time Celebrity Cruises has offered two ships sailing a full summer Caribbean season from South Florida.”

After the summer Caribbean season, the ship will redeploy to Rio de Janeiro, operating longer nine to 14-night cruises in South America and Antarctica through the winter season.
In April 2023, Infinity is scheduled to move to the eastern Mediterranean for the summer.
Celebrity Cruises was the first major cruise line to sail from Florida during the cruise industry restart with Celebrity Edge, when the ship departed from Port Everglades on a seven-night Western Caribbean sailing. Earlier that month, the line restarted operations on two other vessels from St. Maarten and Greece.

Celebrity Cruises is currently sailing with vaccinated guests only and requires a negative antigen or PCR test taken 48 hours prior to boarding.
