Carnival Cruise Line Adds New Pop-Up Eatery

Following the success of Bonsai Sushi restaurants on several ships, Carnival Cruise Line has rolled out new pop-up sushi venues on four of their Conquest-class cruise ships. The new pop-up venue with be located on the lido deck.

  • Carnival Conquest
  • Carnival Valor
  • Carnival Liberty
  • Carnival Glory

Menu ItemsĀ 

  • Sushi and sashimi, including Ebi (shrimp), Sake (salmon), Maguro (tuna) and Hamachi (amberjack), are available for $1.50 per piece
  • California Rolls and Spicy Tuna Rolls are offered at $5 per roll
  • Bang Bang Bonsai Roll and Tempura Roll available at $7.50 each

Guests will place their order at the counter and then be given a pager. Their pager will buzz when the sushi is ready.

Complimentary sushi is still available at the Taste Bar appetizer venue and the Lido Restaurants on select nights and for a fee in the Bonsai Sushi full-service restaurants on Carnival Breeze, Carnival Dream, Carnival Legend, Carnival Pride, Carnival Sunshine and Carnival Vista.
