Bookings for Carnival Cruise Line’s next Excel-class ship, Carnival Jubilee, have now opened for sale.
The vessel will spend its inaugural 2023-2024 season sailing from Galveston, Texas to the western Caribbean on seven-night itineraries beginning November 18, 2023. Port calls will include Cozumel and Costa Maya, Mexico, as well as Roatán, Honduras.
Jubilee is the line’s third Excel-class ship following last year’s Mardi Gras, and this year’s upcoming Carnival Celebration.
The ship’s first available bookings coincide with National Plan for Vacation Day. “Since it’s National Plan for Vacation Day, it’s the perfect time to open Carnival Jubilee for sale and give our guests another incredible choice for their cruise vacation with the opportunity to visit some of the most beautiful ports in the Western Caribbean,” said Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line.
Before arriving in the United States, Carnival Jubilee will depart on October 30, 2023 from Southampton, UK on a 18-night transatlantic voyage. On that cruise, the ship will visit Vigo, Spain; Las Palmas and Tenerife in the Canary Islands; Funchal, Portugal; and Grand Turk in the Caribbean before arriving in Texas.
Jubilee will feature many of the same features as her sister ships, including the BOLT roller coaster on the top deck, over 20 stateroom categories, expanded dining options, and a three-story atrium that overlooks the ocean on the ship’s starboard side.
All three Excel-class ships run on a liquefied natural gas technology platform.
Like her sister ships, Jubilee will be divided into six zones, two of which will be brand-new concepts that are not the same themes as on Mardi Gras and Carnival Celebration. Details on these Jubilee-exclusive firsts will be shared in the coming months.
