Carnival Cruise Line is readying for its busiest Alaska cruise season ever, as it will have three vessels in the region.
In total, Carnival’s ships in Alaska will operate 49 cruises this season. Carnival Miracle will offer voyages from San Francisco to Alaska, while Carnival Splendor and Carnival Spirit will sail to The Last Frontier from Seattle.
Itineraries will include port calls such as Juneau, Ketchikan, Sitka, Skagway, and Icy Strait Point, with scenic cruising to see glaciers in places such as Tracy Arm Fjord.
“Our expanded program will bring approximately more than 100,000 guests on unforgettable cruise vacations to Alaska this summer from both Seattle and San Francisco with three great ships,” said Christine Duffy, Carnival Cruise Line president. “Our three-ship deployment also provides a highly anticipated boost for the economies of these awe-inspiring Alaska ports.”
Currently, Carnival Cruise Line is offering a special bonus sale, which includes early saver rates and up to $100 instant savings per stateroom for cruises booked on April 5 and 6. Additionally, guests may receive up to a $50 onboard credit and 50 percent reduced deposits per person for all Alaska sailings.
From Seattle, Washington, Carnival Splendor will begin sailing on May 2, which will also mark the first time the ship has welcomed guests back on board in two years. It will also mark Carnival Cruise Line’s full return, with every ship in its fleet back to passenger service.
Splendor will offer 17 sailings, most of which are seven nights. Also from Seattle, Carnival Spirit will offer 11 total voyages that are six, seven, and eight nights beginning May 3.
From San Francisco, Carnival Miracle is set to embark on eleven 10-night voyages beginning April 28.
