Carnival Ship Featured on Science Channel

The Science Channel has a new educational show called “How to Build…Everything,” and Carnival Miracle has been featured on it.

The show gives viewers an off-beat look at what it takes to build and design a cruise ship, focusing on topics such as the advantages of modular construction, where segments of the vessel are built off-site and then assembled together during dry dock, and innovative technical systems such as the Azipod propulsion system. Water displacement and buoyancy concepts are also discussed by engineering and science experts in an easy-t0-understand manner.
