Porthole Cruise Magazine has recently announced the winners of its 17th Annual Readers’ Choice Awards. Thousands of ballots were completely by the magazine’s readers and online fans who voted on 54 categories to determine the winners.
“I look forward to these awards every year because they really offer insight into what’s hot in cruising,” said Bill Panoff, publisher and editor-in-chief. “It really shows just how passionate and loyal cruisers are about the ships they love. I congratulate all of this year’s winners for making such a positive and profound impact on travelers worldwide.”
Carnival Cruise Line was given the honor of winning in five different categories in this year’s awards, including:
- Best “Value for the Money” Line
- Best Line for Short Cruises
- Best Nightlife
- Best Mexican Riviera Itineraries
- Best Cruise Director (John Heald)
