Celebrity Reflection debuts cool features, including see-through shower

At the annual industry cruise3sixty conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Celebrity cruises announced some changes coming to the upcoming vessel Celebrity Reflection.

What are the changes?

  • Additional space in the Aqua class staterooms including Reverie luxury bedding, allowing guests to control their bed from their smartphone or tablet devices
  • Glass cantilevered shower allowing guests to look out over the ocean with fog steaming technology where people can’t see in
  • Reflection Conference Center will take the space where nightclub Quasar was and can accommodate up to 220 guests in a ballroom/conference layout, 96-guests in a banquet layout and 64-guest in the meeting room partitioned layout equipped with the most modern technology. The conference center will have Celebrity’s James Beard-featured culinary options offering everything from buffets to sit down dining with wine pairing options.

Celebrity Reflection will also boast all the new features debuted on Celebrity Silhouette in 2011 like the “Lawn Club Grill,” where guests can cook their own meal on the open deck, wi-fi equipped cabanas and the Art Studio.

Celebrity Reflection is the fifth ship in the Solstice-class and will set sail October 2012, spending the winter in Miami.
