The Cruisitude Revolution marches on as Cruise Planners – American Express Travel announces today that CFO Tom Kruszewski and newly appointed COO Vicky Garcia join CEO Michelle Fee as owners of the company.  After completing the purchase from Palm Beach Capital, a private equity investment firm, on December 31st, the trio now owns 100 percent of the company.

2013 is poised to be a robust year for the company. Technological advances include a Smartphone app available directly to consumers, the addition of My Trips to agents’ websites (a tool allowing any authorized user to view upcoming trips and share them with family and friends via social media), Client Snapshots, which allows agents to see an intelligent view of their clients’ buying and travel patterns, and the highly-anticipated Cruise Fare Reduction tool that allows agents to easily see if a cruise fare has dropped since booking.
