Great British Isles Cruising Excursions Packages

With a myriad of cruise lines set to sail in the British Isles next year, has arranged an even bigger selection of competitively priced UK port packages.  Ships that will be cruising the British Isles next year include the Caribbean Princess, Disney Magic, Celebrity Silhouette, Ms Zuiderdam, MSC Splendida, Nautica, and Queen Elizabeth.

Popular British Isles ports of call include Cork, Guernsey, Belfast, Dublin, Grennock, Edinburgh, Invergordon, and Liverpool, and the site has a choice of excursions in all destinations.  They’re available individually priced but there’s even better value with the six, seven, and eight port packages and are based on two people.  Prices range from $380-$483.

All tours provide air-conditioned transport, whether it’s a private vehicle, mini bus, or coach depending on the location and size of the group, and there’s always a guide to accompany any and all tours.

Below is an example of a few of the British Isles excursions, but to learn about the full range more extensively, click here.

The tour goes south of Invergordon to the infamous Loch Ness for a chance to spot the Loch Ness Monster (maybe!).  Urquhart Castle can be seen and then guests go on a drive to the picturesque town of Beauty enjoying beautiful Highlands scenery on the way.  Beauty is a good place to buy tweeds, knitwear, and local crafts.  There’s also an opportunity to see the salmon leaping at Kilmorach Dam.

Port of Edinburgh – Edinburgh City Tour – 6 hours

The Edinburgh tour goes to all the famous historical sights in Edinburgh with stops along with way.  These allow time to visit the Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Yacht, and the Holyrood Palace.  There is also free time to explore the city and discover the famous Princes Street, well known for its restaurants and shops.
