Holland America Doubles Onboard Credit When Booking Onboard

Holland America Line has announced that guests who book a future cruise while still aboard the ship will earn double onboard spending, up to $400 per person.  Travel agents will still earn their full commission and get full revenue credit for all future cruises booked during a cruise as well.

Eva Jenner, the cruise line’s VP of North America sales said “New bookings made on our ships with a future cruise consultant are very important to Holland America Line and should be a goal for all our travel professionals…when a guest books on board it’s like an annuity for their travel professional.”

Buying a Future Cruise Deposit during a cruise, where the guest can decide their itinerary at a later time, will also earn the guest onboard spending credits.  However, it wouldn’t be eligible for double credits.
