Holland America Line has introduced their 15 finalists for their “Dancing with the Stars: At Sea” competition. The 15 guests were the winners of each ships’ individual competitions and are competing aboard ms Nieuw Amsterdam which departed yesterday (January 10).
The honored guests will compete with their shipboard dance partners in the main show lounge for the sought after title – “Holland America Line’s ‘Dancing with the Stars: At Sea’ Champion” and the iconic mirrorball trophy.
The finalists are:

- Rick Kerby of Sarasota, Florida, representing ms Prinsendam
- Eduardo Antonio Aguilar Castro of Mexico City, Mexico, representing ms Rotterdam
- Vivianne Bakker of Amsterdam, Netherlands, representing ms Ryndam
- Susan De Villez of Fullerton, California, representing ms Statendam
- Sunna Magara of Orlando, Florida, representing ms Veendam
- Elise Jensen of Mangerton, New South Wales, Australia, representing ms Volendam
- Dwight Cenat of Jacksonville, Florida, representing ms Westerdam

Joining the Champions Cruise to perform in a special show are “Dancing with the Stars” champions Kym Johnson and Tony Dovolani. Celebrities set to perform are Florence Henderson and Carson Kressley. The “Dancing with the Stars” talent will perform new dances from the hit show in the main show lounge. Additional events aboard the cruise include a special show costumes fashion show and a chance to meet the celebrities, ask questions, and take pictures with them.
The Champions Cruise departed Fort Lauderdale yesterday to the eastern Caribbean, and will call in Grand Turk, San Juan, St. Maarten, and Half Moon Cay.
