Three missing cruise passengers found by Jamaican authorities

The three passengers that didn’t return back to Carnival Freedom in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, on Thursday have been found by Jamaican police – according to ABC News.

Jamaican authorities classified this as a missing person’s case because the passengers never returned back to the ship after a full day in port and were not on a ship-sponsored shore excursion. The family took all their belongings with them when they disembarked the cruise ship on Thursday.

Local police are questioning the family of three, and it’s unknown if any charges will be pressed.

Carnival Freedom left Fort Lauderdale on Sunday for a six-night sailing, due back on Saturday.
