Celestyal has expanded its shore excursion program for the upcoming Iconic Arabia itineraries aboard Celestyal Discovery, introducing new experiences in Ras Al Khaimah as the cruise line makes its maiden visit to the UAE destination.
New Tours Launch December 2025
The 1,360-passenger Celestyal Discovery will officially launch the cruise line’s three-, four-, and seven-night Iconic Arabia cruises on December 12, 2025, sailing roundtrip from Abu Dhabi. The expanded shore excursion program features half-day, full-day, and two-day options across ports including Ras Al Khaimah, Doha, Khasab, Dubai, and Sir Bani Yas Island.
Cruise fares start at $339 per person for three nights, $429 for four nights, and $689 for seven nights. All prices include meals, soft drinks, WiFi, port fees, and gratuities.
Ras Al Khaimah Excursions Debut
New tours in Ras Al Khaimah include Journey to the Soul of Ras Al Khaimah, a full-day guided experience through desert dunes, royal camel racing stables, an Emirati date farm, and a mountain village, priced at $260 per person.
The Ras Al Khaimah and Suwaidi Pearls Farm Authentic Encounter offers a tour of the House of Pearls, a journey on a traditional pearl fishing boat, and visits to Dhayah Fort and the Old Town for $123 per person.
Dubai and Abu Dhabi Tour Additions
The expanded program adds new Dubai and Abu Dhabi experiences. Dubai from its Eye includes a scenic drive to Zabeel Palace, the Museum of the Future, a ride on Ain Dubai (the world’s tallest observation wheel), and Kite Beach for $79 per person.
In Abu Dhabi, the Delicious Dates and Tasty Cakes half-day tour explores the city’s food culture, including the dates market, for $139 per person. A full-day experience at Yas Waterworld costs $153 per person.
Three-Year Partnership with Ras Al Khaimah
In April 2025, Celestyal signed a three-year agreement with the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority at the Arabian Travel Market in Dubai. The partnership promotes Ras Al Khaimah as a key destination among Celestyal’s guests and establishes the cruise line’s presence in the Arabian Gulf region.
The shore excursion program features Authentic Encounters, which provide unique experiences with local people and attractions in smaller group sizes, allowing passengers to experience the region beyond traditional tourist activities.
