Carnival Corporation (CCL) announced solid results for the third quarter of 2024, with profits soaring over 60% compared to last year.

Carnival’s Record Financial Results

A large cruise ship named "Mardi Gras" is docked at Port Canaveral. The vessel boasts multiple decks with balconies and is painted predominantly blue with white and red accents. The sky is mostly clear with a few clouds, and some greenery is visible in the background.

The company reported $1.7 billion in net income, driven by solid demand. Revenues hit a record high of $7.9 billion, marking a $1 billion increase over Q3 2023.

CEO Josh Weinstein attributed the company’s success to heightened demand, cost-saving initiatives, and enhanced onboard experiences.

Carnival has surpassed its 2024 goals and is already on track for a strong 2025, with nearly half of next year’s cruises booked.
