Starting November 9, 2025, MSC Seascape will offer 7-night Western Caribbean itineraries every Sunday from Galveston, featuring everything from Texas-style prime rib and Cajun-spiced pork loin to buttermilk pie and spicy margaritas. The menu additions reflect MSC’s commitment to blending European elegance with American comfort food.

“As we welcome even more guests from Texas and the South on cruises from Galveston, we’re leaning into the region’s uniquely American cuisine,” said Josef Jungwirth, Vice President of Food & Beverage Operations for MSC Cruises U.S. “Our team has traveled the state to gather inspiration for what guests will find onboard.”
