Norwegian Cruise Line announced entertainment programming for Norwegian Luna’s March 2026 debut, headlined by “Rocket Man: A Celebration of Elton John,” a concert-style tribute show featuring the singer’s catalog.
Elton John Tribute Headlines Lineup

“Rocket Man” features hits including “Tiny Dancer,” “Bennie and the Jets,” and “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart” with archival footage of Elton John performances, LED visuals, four grand pianos, and interactive elements. The production team includes choreographers from Cirque du Soleil and Super Bowl halftime shows.
The show joins “HIKO: Innovation Meets Wonder,” a sci-fi production blending Cirque-style gymnastics with 3D mapping and mixed reality visuals. Four gymnasts perform gravity-defying acts while an original character, HIKO, appears throughout the ship in meet-and-greet experiences.
Family and Adult Programming

“Sea of Discovery! An Under-the-Sea Festival” targets children with glow games, costumes, and interactive ocean exploration activities inspired by field day events.
“LunaTique,” a 21-and-over production at The Improv comedy venue, features Las Vegas-inspired circus acts reimagined with neon aesthetics and pop music. Costume design comes from designers known for work with pop star Chappell Roan.
Rock Tribute and Deck Parties

Syd Norman’s Pour House debuts “A Tribute to Eagles,” bringing 1970s classic rock to the Luna Theater mainstage. The venue adds throwback ’90s sets and live band karaoke.
Two new deck parties launch on Norwegian Luna: “Island Nights” with modern pop music and “Latin LIVE!” featuring live percussion, vocalists, and dance performances.
The Luna Theater & Club transforms from three-story theater to nightclub with dance floor, interactive chandelier, and two bars. New parties include “Norwegian Luna Eclipse Party,” a glow-themed event, and “Planetdisco,” featuring classic disco with ensemble performers.
Caribbean and Bermuda Itineraries

Beginning April 2026, Norwegian Luna sails seven-day Western Caribbean voyages visiting Roatan, Costa Maya, Cozumel, and Harvest Caye. Eastern Caribbean itineraries call at Puerto Plata, Tortola, St. Thomas, and Great Stirrup Cay, which debuts Great Tides Waterpark with 19 waterslides in summer 2026.
From April through October 2027, the ship offers four- and seven-day Bermuda cruises from New York with overnight stays.
