Princess Cruises has announced that Royal Princess will make her debut in Southeast Asia in October 2026. The ship will homeport in Singapore for two sailings before heading south to begin her Australian season.

The 3,560-passenger ship entered service in June 2013. She was christened in Southampton by the Duchess of Cambridge, now HRH The Princess of Wales, who was then expecting Prince George.
Alaska to Asia
Before arriving in Singapore, Royal Princess will conclude her Alaska season on September 19, 2026. She will then sail a 26-night Grand Adventure cruise from Seattle to Singapore, calling at Juneau, College Fjord, Whittier, and Hubbard Glacier before crossing the Pacific.
The itinerary also includes Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Vietnam, with the ship arriving in Singapore on October 16.
Guests may also opt for a 13-night segment from Yokohama beginning October 4, which includes visits to Shimizu, Osaka, Keelung (Taipei), Hong Kong, and Chan May before ending in Singapore.
Dry Dock and Singapore Sailings
Upon arrival, the ship will undergo a two-week dry dock in Singapore. On November 1, she will emerge for a 9-night Southeast Asia sailing that includes Ho Chi Minh City, an overnight in Bangkok, and Ko Samui.
A second sailing, a 13-night cruise departing November 10, features Lombok, Indonesia, before continuing to Australia with stops in Darwin, Yorkeys Knob, and Brisbane, concluding in Sydney on November 25.
Passengers may combine the two sailings into a 22-night itinerary from Singapore to Sydney.
Expanding Presence in Asia
The announcement follows other major deployments by Princess Cruises in the region. Discovery Princess will make her maiden call to Singapore this October, and Sapphire Princess and Diamond Princess are scheduled to homeport in Japan for the first time in 2027 following their Singapore season.
Diamond Princess will also return to Singapore from December 2025 through February 2026 for 10- to 12-day itineraries to Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
