Silversea Cruises Details Dining on New Expedition Ship

Silversea Cruises has revealed details on the variety of dining experience available aboard its newest expedition ship Silver Endeavour, which is set to welcome guests in Antarctica starting November 21st. Silver Endeavour was originally built for Crystal Cruises as Crystal Endeavor before that line went into insolvency.

Endeavour will feature four signature restaurants, as well as the Arts CafĂ© and 24-hour room service. The vessel includes some of the industry’s most spacious all-balcony suites, and has the highest space-to-guest ratio in expedition cruising.

The Restaurant

Set on deck four, The Restaurant is the ship’s main dining room. It welcomes up to 192 guests at once, featuring a modern, spacious design. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, The Restaurant offers a wide variety of international and regional menu options with a selection that rotates daily.

Il Terrazzino

Featuring a brand-new aesthetic on deck four, Il Terrazzino (meaning ‘little terrace’) is an homage to Silversea’s La Terrazza restaurant — marking a nod to Silversea’s Italian heritage. The restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine from an a la carte menu, hosting up to 36 guests at once in an upscale and intimate setting at dinnertime.

La Dame

Silversea’s signature French restaurant, La Dame, offers fine French fare in an intimate setting also on deck four. Guests can enjoy an a la carte menu or opt for a six-course tasting menu with a wine pairing. Open for dinner only, La Dame welcomes up to 20 guests by reservation only.

The Grill

Offering 270 degree views from the ship’s aft on deck five, with a mezzanine on deck six, The Grill is Silver Endeavour‘s casual eatery. Located adjacent to the pool deck, The Grill features a menu of international dishes, welcoming up to 80 guests for breakfast and lunch, and up to 48 guests for dinner.

Arts Café

Debuting in Polar Regions for the first time, Silver Endeavour‘s Arts CafĂ© is an upscale take on a classic coffee shop located in the heart of the ship on deck five. The space features floor-to-ceiling windows and will serve an extensive collection of specialty coffees and teas, as well as fresh pastries and gourmet bites.
