Celebrity Cruises to Sail Around UK
Celebrity has announced that, like several other cruise lines, it will be operating voyages around the UK this summer.
Celebrity Silhouette will sail a series of six to eight-night cruises, departing from Southampton.
Port calls will include Portland, Inverness, Kirkwall, Glasgow, Belfast, and Liverpool.
Vaccination will be required for adult passengers. Bookings open on April 6, 2021.

MSC Virtuosa Maiden Voyage Set For May
MSC Cruises announced today that its new flagship, MSC Virtuosa, will be deployed for UK cruises this summer.
The maiden voyage is set for May 20, with passengers embarking in Southampton. The ship will sail a series of three and four-night cruises before beginning seven-night sailings on June 12.
All cruises will be open to British travelers only and for those who have either already been vaccinated or are waiting for a vaccine. All guests will be tested prior to boarding.

CLIA Seeks Public Support to Restart Cruising
The Cruise Lines International Association is seeking public support in its efforts to press the federal government to allow cruise resumption from the U.S. this summer.
The trade group has created a webpage that makes it easy for you to write, tweet, or call your senators and representatives to let them know you want cruising to resume.
