Fans of the PBS show “America’s Test Kitchen” and foodies alike can now embark on a culinary journey with Holland America for three exclusive cruises. The special America’s Test Kitchen sailings elevate the line’s partnership with the media company, and will showcase the show’s leading cast members.
The three cruises are the May 6, 2018 seven-day Alaska Inside Passage cruise on Westerdam; July 7, 2018 fourteen-day Northern Isles on Zuiderdam; and September 22, 2018 seven-day Canada & New England Discovery on Veendam.
In addition to cooking shows and hands-on workshops, guests will be able to meet the experts from the show at a book signing and reception, attend a Q&A session, join them for a presentation on recipe development, and test their kitchen knowledge at trivia.

Holland America launched their partnership with America’s Test Kitchen in 2016, with the transformation of the ships’ culinary centers into kitchens that replicate the television set where the popular shows are recorded. Following the partnership’s success, Holland America and America’s Test Kitchen will nearly double their selection of onboard cooking shows this year. The Holland America chefs that host them are all trained by America’s Test Kitchen culinary experts, and the demonstrations combine thoroughly tested recipes with a range of practical kitchen tips.
