Norwegian Cruise Line has released a slew of new itineraries and as well as an offer which gives Latitudes members a 15 percent discount.

While it’s not entirely clear when Norwegian will actually begin sailing again, they’re definitely looking toward the future.

The itineraries rolled out this week offer voyages from varied U.S. and international ports, spanning anywhere from 3-days (out of Miami on the Norwegian Pearl and Norwegian Sky) to a 16-day voyage out of Rome aboard the Norwegian Getaway.

New for the line is a sailing out of Panama City, with a series of sailings on both the Norwegian Gem and the Norwegian Jewel scheduled for late 2020 and early 2023.

Sprinkled throughout the new itineraries are firsts, whether it’s ships calling to a particular port — such as Norwegian Joy visiting San Diego during Christmas week of 2022 — or ships spending an extended amount of time in some ports, giving passengers more time to explore.

The Big Discount Being Offered to Past Guests

Meanwhile, members of NCL’s Latitudes reward program are being made a limited-time offer: They can receive 15 percent off their cruise fare as well as all five of the line’s popular “Free At Sea” perks. The Latitudes discount is valid on all ships and destinations.

The Free At Sea program offers NCL passengers “perks” which are usually based on the type of stateroom they book. For example, typically, a guest staying in an inside stateroom gets one perk, while those booked in a balcony get two. Guests of the Haven — aka Norwegian’s high-end ship-within-a-ship concept — are usually eligible for all five perks. But during this promotion, all guests are actually able to receive all five perks. Those perks are:

  • Free Open Bar
  • Free Specialty Dining
  • Free Excursions
  • Free WiFi
  • Kids Sail Free

It’s important to note that each of these perks comes with restrictions. For example,  the open bar and specialty dining packages each comes with a 20 percent gratuity charge attached. The “free” shore excursion is a $50 credit to be used by the first person on the stateroom’s reservation. As always, be sure to read the fine print to know exactly what is and is not covered.
