P&O Cruises’ newest ship, Arvia, will feature over 30 places to eat and drink, with menus by Local Food Heroes, Shivi Ramoutar, José Pizarro, and more. The vessel will be home to brand-new venues for P&O, including Green & Co feat. Mizuhana and 6th Street Diner.
The vessel will collaborate with contemporary Caribbean cooking chef Shivi Ramoutar to bring local food experiences on Arvia‘s Caribbean voyages, and acclaimed Spanish chef José Pizarro to offer local fare on Mediterranean cruises.
The Beach House
At The Beach House, Shivi will celebrate her passion for Caribbean cuisine with a range of dishes including her Jerk Chicken Supreme with rice and peas, coleslaw, shallow-fried plantain, and a Jamaican cornmeal specialty known as “festivals.”

In March 2023, the ship will head back across the Atlantic to spend the spring and summer in the Mediterranean.
