Princess Cruises Details 2022 Thanksgiving Menu

Guests taking a Princess Cruises vacation over Thanksgiving this year will be able to enjoy a variety of new dining options amongst traditional favorites.

Over the Thanksgiving holiday period, Princess will offer dozens of voyages around the world. No matter where they happen to be sailing, every ship will recognize the American Thanksgiving holiday on November 24th with autumnal decorations, Thanksgiving-inspired activities, and football broadcast on big outdoor screens.

Here’s the Thanksgiving Day dinner menu:

Bread

  • Maple corn bread
  • Whole wheat
  • Rye rolls

Appetizers

  • Chilled Winter Citrus Supreme: Blood orange, pink grapefruit, satsuma tangerine, chili lime zest
  • Seafood Martini: Poached shrimp, calamari, scallops, basil lemon vinaigrette
  • Duck and Pistachio Pate: Autumn lettuces, roasted cherry vinaigrette
  • Roasted Pumpkin Soup: Toasted almond oil, pumpkin seeds
  • Chilled Carrot Dill Soup: Cranberry coulis
  • Autumn Mesclun Salad: Sliced apple, crumbled feta, candied walnuts, maple champagne vinaigrette

Entrées

  • Roasted turkey with apple sage dressing, gravy, and other traditional sides like caramelized sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, and cranberry sauce
  • Vegetarian potato gnocchi with roasted butternut squash and sage in light Champaign-parmesan cream
  • Vegetarian grilled vegetable mille feuille with roasted red pepper sauce
  • Grilled jumbo shrimp and seared sea scallops with a tomato-caper beurre blanc
  • Pineapple-glazed ham spiked with cloves and served in a pineapple-bourbon sauce with mashed yams

Dessert

  • Traditional pumpkin pie with whipped cream
  • Cinnamon Apple Pie a la mode
  • Bourbon Pecan Pie a la mode
  • Sugar-Free Strawberry Napoleon with mascarpone cream

This year will be a totally stress-free holiday as we’ll do all the shopping, cooking and clean up too!”
