With fares ranging from $91,499 to $839,999 per guest, RSSC just announced one of its priciest itinerary ever, the 2027 World Cruise – World of Splendor.

What does one of the world’s most expensive cruises look like?

For the first time, RSSC will host its annual World Cruise onboard an Explorer-class ship, the 2020-built Seven Seas Splendor. Before the cruise begins, guests can enjoy a shoreside gala and an overnight stay in a Miami luxury hotel.

From January 11, 2027, the cruise ship will sail from Miami and spend 140 nights exploring the Caribbean, the Pacific Islands, New Zealand, Australia, Africa, Asia, and Europe. The voyage spans over 35,000 nautical miles and will visit 71 ports, 40 countries, and 6 continents.

Aside from the vast geographical area it will cover, the ship itself “offers the highest standard of unrivaled luxury.” From having one of the highest space-to-guest ratios to several gourmet dining options, the Seven Seas Splendor boasts a long list of premium amenities and services.

  • 150 pounds of caviar
  • 13,000 pounds of lobster
  • 3,600 pounds of smoked salmon
  • 14,000 pounds of filet mignon

Its most expensive accommodation is the Regent Suite, priced at $1.7 million for two guests. The jaw-dropping price tag buys you 4,400 square feet of space and your own butler, spa, sauna, jacuzzi, and bar. There’s also a 1,300-square-foot veranda and solarium for the best views.

An original Picasso hangs on the wall, while a custom grand piano and bedding worth $200,000 complete its ultra-luxurious feel. At each port, its occupants will have a personal driver and vehicle.

If the Regent Suite is a bit beyond your budget, there are 15 types of suites to choose from. All 373 staterooms promise spacious balconies onboard the world’s most luxurious ship.

The 2027 World Cruise can be booked beginning April 10, 2024.
