Chibang! is a very popular restaurant for Chinese and Mexican cuisine. It is a specialty restaurant on select Carnival cruise ships. The restaurant’s menu includes kung pao shrimp burritos, Peking duck tacos, chocolate mole enchiladas, and more.

Chibang! is open during lunch and dinner, so line up immediately. It gets pretty crowded, especially during lunchtime, so ensure you arrive as early as possible.

If you’re looking for a unique restaurant during your cruise, Lucky Bowl is an amazing choice. This restaurant can only be found in Carnival Sunrise so it is a must-try if you are always cruising with Carnival.

It’s a complimentary lunch option and it serves a wide range of Asian-inspired bowl dishes like Bulgogi beef noodles, Hainanese chicken rice, Pho noodles, Sichuan pulled pork rice, Cantonese pork rice, and more.

Il Viaggio

Il Viaggio is a specialty restaurant only available at Carnival Firenze and Carnival Venezia. In Italian, “Il Viaggio” means “The Voyage,” and its diverse menu promises to transport guests to different parts of Italy.

You can try their appetizers like Carpaccio and Calamari Fritti. Their main courses are to die for, including grilled branzino with lemon and capers and Spaghetti carbonara. You should never skip their desserts, including cannolis, panna cotta, and Tiramisu.

An exclusive line of Parched Pig craft brews is created in the Brewhouse. These brews include a toasted amber, a smoked porter, a hoppy IPA, and a farmhouse ale. The Bonsai Teppanyaki gives you a delicious meal and a chef performance. You’ll fill your stomach with a selection of traditional tastes, appetizers, and then the main course, with choices like grilled tofu, fish, filet mignon, shrimp, lobster, or a combination of any two.

You’ll definitely want to make reservations at this intimate restaurant because it only seats 16 people and sells out quite frequently. On sea days, they will offer lunchtime seating. They still serve the dinner menu at lunch, but it gives more people a chance to eat here (and the cruise line a chance to make more money).

Guy’s Burger Joint offers delicious burgers, fries, and milkshakes. The burgers are made using fresh beef and cooked to order. The fries are hand-cut and double-fried to make them crispier. Milkshakes come in various flavors, such as vanilla, strawberry, cookies and cream, and chocolate.

You can have a straight-off-the-grill burger like Guy Fieri makes it right by the pool. Make sure you finish with your choice on the toppings bar, and try some hand-cut fries on the side. Don’t be afraid to try the donkey sauce. The name sounds funny, but it’s nothing more than a garlic aioli!

BlueIguana Cantina offers casual Mexican dining. It offers freshly made burritos and tacos with homemade tortillas and salsa to suit your fancy. The taco salad has also been added in the past couple of years. You fill the tortilla shell with whatever you’d like.

They also serve breakfast burritos in the morning with Mexican-style scrambled eggs, ham or chicken sausage. As well as a arepas and huevos rancheros.

Cucina del Capitano

Fahrenheit 555/Steakhouse

You’ll have a full, three-course meal at the Dining Room with a rotating menu of choices like scallops, roasted duck, steak, and prime rib. Not to mention table-dancing waiters with your complimentary dessert. You can book Early Dining, Late Dining, or Your Time Dining, whichever you prefer.

One of the best things about the Dining Room is that they take feedback seriously. This is to ensure that the guests will have a great dining experience.

Carnival also offers two dining programs; you can select one when you book your cruise. Traditional Dining allows you to eat with the same table and people every night at 6 p.m. and 8:15 p.m.

On the other hand, Time Dining allows you to choose the time you’ll eat. However, this dining program is in demand, so you must request it as soon as possible.
